Resolution approving the sale of ninety-two County owned delinquent tax parcels, acquired from various Shelby County tax sales, to identified purchasers at various prices collectively totaling $206,882.46, pursuant to the sale provisions of Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 67-5-2507, and authorizing the Shelby County Mayor to execute quit claim deeds. This item requires the appropriation and expenditure of FY2020 Federal Grant Funds in the amount of $818,935.00 of which $409,467.50 will be paid as a sub-grant to the City of Memphis.
