Resolution approving contracts with CS3, Inc., Nance Mechanical Services, LLC, and Teems & DeMoville Mechanical Contractors for HVAC maintenance, repair and installation at various Shelby County Government sites for Shelby County Support Services in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 each. Resolution to approve the execution of a new contract with the State of Tennessee, Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services in an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,200,000.00 for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods, for the provision of mental health evaluation and treatment services for defendants charged with only misdemeanor crimes when ordered by judges in General Sessions, Criminal, and Circuit Courts on behalf of Shelby County Government. The State mandates use of the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Central Office for outpatient services and Regional Mental Health Institutes for inpatient services.  This item requires the expenditure of FY2020 General Funds in an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,200,000.00.
